Amber&Key uses Correos Standard for all international and domestic orders.

Parcels sent outside the EU may be subject to customs duties. Any duties payable are the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery. They are not included in the total order cost.
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.
Each item is packed in individual packaging. Shipments of more than 2 units are packed in a box.

Product Exchange:
If you have received a product that does not meet your expectations or is not suitable for you, we offer an exchange service. Please note that the product must be in its original packaging, with all tags attached and maintain its original condition. Exchange is possible within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the order.
Product Returns:
If for any reason you decide to return the product, we are ready to process your request in accordance with our return policy. Please make sure that the product is in its original condition, with tags and in the original packaging. Returns can be made within 14 days.
Exchange and Return Process:
To initiate the exchange or return process, contact our support service at info@amberandkey.com and provide the following information:
- Order number
- Description of the reason for exchange or return
After processing your request, our team will contact you to clarify details and provide more detailed instructions for returning the product.
Return Processing:
Once your return is received, the shipment will be processed within 5-7 business days. Upon completion of processing, you will receive an email. After that, the refund will be initiated within the specified period (5-7 business days).

When you register on our website, you are automatically enrolled in our loyalty program.
Every order you place through your account earns you loyalty points.
After completing a purchase, you’ll receive 5% of the total amount spent in loyalty points, which will be credited to your loyalty account.
You can check your loyalty balance and review your entire transaction history in your personal account.
If you have points in your loyalty account, you can use them at checkout to get a discount on your purchase - up to 30% off the total order value.
Amber&Key Loyalty Program rules
- GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The organizer of the Loyalty Program is ALFAWEB SP. Z O.O., Aleja Wincentego Witosa 31/201, 00-710 Warsaw, Poland, KRS 0001010149 (hereinafter referred to as Amber&Key).
- These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the participation of individual customers (hereinafter referred to as "Participants" or "Participant") in the Amber&Key Loyalty Program and regulate the relationship between Amber&Key and the Participants (hereinafter referred to as "Parties") arising from the implementation of the Loyalty Program.
- Any individual who is 18 years or older at the time of participation and has a confirmed and completed account on the Amber&Key website (https://amberandkey.com) (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") is eligible to become a Participant in the Loyalty Program. By creating an account and completing a user profile on the Website, the Participant consents to the use and storage of their personal data for the purposes of implementing the Loyalty Program.
- The Loyalty Program is ongoing and may be terminated by Amber&Key at any time.
- TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
- Loyalty Point – A form of reward provided to a Participant by the Company in accordance with these Terms, which can be used to pay for purchases on the Website, as described in the "Redeeming loyalty points" section of these Terms. Loyalty Points cannot, under any circumstances, be exchanged for cash.
- Participant's Loyalty Account (hereinafter referred to as the "Loyalty Account") – An electronic ledger within the Amber&Key information system for the personal tracking of the accumulation and expenditure of Loyalty Points. A Loyalty Account is automatically created for every Participant.
- Transaction – An action that affects the total balance of the Loyalty Account.
- Loyalty Accrual – A transaction involving the Loyalty Account that involves adding a new entry or adjusting existing entries in the ledger, resulting in an increase in the nominal amount of Loyalty Points in the Loyalty Account.
- Redeeming Loyalty Points – The use of accumulated Loyalty Points from the Loyalty Account to partially reduce the total amount of a purchase on the Website (hereinafter referred to as "Discount").
- Product – The Company's merchandise displayed on the Website and available for purchase by Participants.
- LOYALTY POINTS ACCRUAL
- For each purchase of a Product (an independently placed order on the Website) that is part of the Loyalty Program, Loyalty Points are awarded at a rate of 5% of the total value of the purchased products.
- Loyalty Points may also be awarded for additional activities, as part of motivational or promotional campaigns, at the discretion of Amber&Key.
- Loyalty Points are awarded at a rate of 1 Loyalty Point = €1.
- Loyalty Points are credited after full payment of the order. These points can be used to pay for future orders immediately after they have been credited. Each Loyalty Points activation is recorded individually.
- Earned Loyalty Points have a limited validity period: no more than 30 days. After this period, the credited Loyalty Points will no longer be available for redemption.
- If, for technical reasons, transactions involving the Loyalty Account are not possible, Amber&Key reserves the right to refuse the Participant from completing the transaction until the issue is resolved.
- Products that are part of other promotions or discount programs do not participate in the Loyalty Program, and no Loyalty Points will be awarded for their purchase.
- REDEEMING LOYALTY POINTS
- Loyalty Points cannot be exchanged for cash or non-cash funds.
- Participants can use Loyalty Points to partially pay for future purchases on the Website, covering up to 30% of the total value of the products in the order.
- Loyalty Points are redeemed at a rate of 1 Loyalty Point = €1.
- Products purchased with promotions, coupons, or discounts are not eligible for the Loyalty Program.
- When a Participant places an order using Loyalty Points, the amount of Loyalty Points used is reserved on the Participant's Loyalty Account. The final deduction of Loyalty Points from the Loyalty Account occurs after the order is confirmed.
- RESTRICTIONS ON THE USE OF LOYALTY POINTS
- Loyalty Points can only be used when placing an order online directly by the Participant on the Website.
- Amber&Key reserves the right to restrict the use of Loyalty Points for the purchase of products that are already on sale, products with current discounts, and/or products involved in any promotion.
- Loyalty Points cannot be used to fully or partially cover the cost of delivery services for Products.
- WARRANTY AND REFUND
- The exchange and return of Goods purchased using Loyalty Points is carried out in accordance with the procedure provided for in the "Return and Exchange" subsection of the "Help" section.
- The Loyalty Points accrued for the purchase of the Product will be canceled upon return of the Product.
- When returning an item that was purchased using Loyalty Points, the bonus points will be returned to the balance active within 14 calendar days after the fact of the return of the product and receipt by Amber &Key of a written notification of this from the Participant.
Amber&Key reserves the right to unilaterally modify the Terms of the Program.
